We were asked to create a promotional video that not only showcased the warm atmosphere of the studio and the importance of the studio and it's sessions to the participants, but also would drive traffic to morning sessions at the studio.

We used this oasis-like corner of the studio to wrap the interviews in calming nature and then let them tell us what they found important about coming to do yoga in the morning with the Kindred team.

We filmed some B-roll within a live session with an emphasis on being minimally invasive while capturing the energy of the room.
